About Us
At Centurion Community Cricket, we’re more than just coaching suppliers — we’re passionate about supporting the full cricket pathway across schools, clubs, and communities in Essex and Suffolk. From school programmes and club colts coaching to adult skill sessions and one-to-one training, our team delivers expert coaching tailored to every level of the game.
Beyond coaching, we help clubs and schools with training plans, safeguarding management, Clubmark accreditation, risk assessments, and club development. Our Academy, launched in 2025, provides a transformative coaching environment for players aged 11–18, helping young cricketers reach their full potential.
We’re committed to the highest standards of safeguarding and professionalism. Every Centurion coach is an ECB CA member, Safeguarding Youth Cricket (SYC) trained, enhanced DBS checked, and first aid certified. We work closely with schools and clubs to ensure cricket is delivered in a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment — led by coaches who are enthusiastic role models both on and off the field.
We also supply high-quality cricket equipment, bringing a wide range of trusted products directly to your club or school.
What we do
We’re proud to deliver Chance to Shine coaching on behalf of Essex Cricket in the Community, as well as independent programmes for schools across Essex and Suffolk. Our coaches work with pupils of all ages, tailoring sessions to your school’s needs and helping every child enjoy and develop through cricket.
We support cricket clubs of all sizes with tailored coaching and development services. Our options include colts coaching programmes, adult training sessions, and skills clinics, along with guidance on Clubmark compliance, safeguarding, and risk assessments to help your club run smoothly and safely.
We offer tailored 1-to-1 and small group coaching for players who want to develop their game. Sessions focus on technical skills, player development, and strength & conditioning, helping you improve performance in all areas. Training can take place at your local club or another suitable venue.
Our Academy provides a player-focused coaching environment for ages 11-18, combining the latest technology, coaching methods, and strength & conditioning to support every aspect of player development. We help young cricketers refine their skills, build confidence, and prepare for pathway or open age cricket.
